EXHIBIT 17 · BRICKLINK DESIGNER PROGRAM · VOTE · FUND · BUILD

Built by the Crowd

The BrickLink Designer Program creates a different route from idea to set. Fan designers build in Studio, the community helps identify the proposals it wants to see, finalists are refined with LEGO teams, and crowdfunding decides which models enter a limited production run. The result is neither a conventional retail theme nor simply a private MOC: each box preserves an individual builder’s voice inside a shared process of selection, revision, and support. The two objects here show how wide that voice can range—from a richly inhabited working harbor to a compact robot whose personality lives in its joints and face.

Harbormaster's Office

OBJECT 01 · BrickLink Designer Program

Harbormaster's Office

2025 · 910040-1 · 2,389 pieces

Rich Herbert’s Harbormaster’s Office turns a working waterfront into a densely observed place: dock, boats, fuel pump, control desk, storage, rest area, and loft bedroom. Its 2,389 pieces preserve the specificity that made the fan proposal memorable while the six-person crew suggests a harbor already in motion.

W.A.L.T.

2026 · 910063-1 · 654 pieces

Victor Pruvost’s W.A.L.T. takes the program in a completely different direction. Built from 654 pieces, the small robot has 17 points of articulation and interchangeable faces, making posture and expression—not architectural scale—the center of the design.
