Lloyd ZX - Legacy

Lloyd’s ZX design is historically important because it belongs to the moment NINJAGO promoted an annoying child antagonist into the mythic Green Ninja. The transformation changed both the character and the entire direction of the story. Suddenly the team had a prophesied fifth ninja, Garmadon’s son stood opposite his father, and green became one of the franchise’s defining colors. A 2026 Legacy recreation therefore revisits more than an outfit. It revisits the point at which NINJAGO discovered that characters could grow dramatically across seasons. Lloyd’s later role as master and mentor begins here, inside the armor of a child who had only recently stopped trying to conquer villages with snakes.
