Luna Lovegood

Luna Lovegood’s Collectible Minifigure is memorable because LEGO embraces the details that make her unapologetically herself. Eccentric fashion, long pale hair, and the famous Spectrespecs communicate a character who sees both the magical world and the social world differently from everyone around her. Luna’s importance is not that every strange belief is correct; it is that she refuses to let ridicule decide what she is allowed to notice or value. The CMF format suits her perfectly because it rewards visual individuality. Among rows of standardized minifigures, Luna is supposed to look like someone who ignored the memo about fitting in.
