Balloon Vendor

Balloon Vendor sounds like the simplest possible Town role, but that simplicity is exactly why the figure works. Balloons signal celebration, street life, parks, festivals, and childhood without requiring a complex backstory. A vendor carrying them becomes a mobile piece of scenery who can make almost any city layout feel as though an event is happening. Released in 2022, the figure belongs to a mature LEGO city vocabulary where small civilian roles receive enough printing and accessories to become collectible characters. Like the newspaper sellers, food vendors, mechanics, and station staff of earlier eras, this minifigure reminds us that believable LEGO cities are built as much from minor occupations as from police and firefighters.
