Max, Black Torso, Light Gray Arms, Blue Legs (4143768)

Max comes from the early-2000s 4 Juniors/Creator experiment, when LEGO briefly paired open-ended building buckets with oversized, simplified characters. Unlike a normal minifigure, Max stands noticeably taller and sacrifices much of the classic figure's articulation in favor of chunky, child-friendly proportions. He appeared across vehicle, flying, adventure, and educational sets, acting as a recurring guide through whatever the builder created. Max is a useful reminder that even LEGO's most established design icons were never treated as untouchable; the company repeatedly experimented with alternative human scales and play patterns.
