Toa Jaller

Toa Jaller's 2006 transformation into a Toa Inika moved a longstanding BIONICLE character into a new heroic role. The mask, articulated limbs, and weapon-centered silhouette turn a compact parts inventory into a figure meant for action and display. Together with the other Inika, Jaller shows how BIONICLE used successive character forms to mark chapters in its ongoing story.
