Moaning Myrtle – Light Bluish Gray Robe, Silver Glasses

Moaning Myrtle is the ghost who haunts a girls' bathroom at Hogwarts, forever tied to the place where she died when the Chamber of Secrets was first opened. Her story is simultaneously comic, sad, and essential to the mystery of the school. This pale, ghostly minifigure preserves details such as her glasses and school clothing while draining the character of ordinary living color. Myrtle demonstrates how LEGO can use color itself narratively: the familiar geometry remains human, but the muted palette instantly marks the figure as someone physically present in the world yet no longer alive within it.
