Wilma Flintstone

Wilma Flintstone helped establish one of television animation’s foundational domestic-comedy families. The Flintstones took the rhythms of a mid-century sitcom and transplanted them into a Stone Age world where appliances were animals and cars were powered by feet. Wilma often supplies the practical intelligence Fred lacks, making the prehistoric premise work through a thoroughly modern marriage dynamic. LEGO’s Ideas figure translates the character’s white dress, red hair, and stone-age jewelry into minifigure geometry while preserving the Hanna-Barbera visual shorthand. The larger set is itself a cultural time capsule: a 1960 animated television landmark revived through a twenty-first-century fan-submission platform and rendered in plastic bricks.
