Jack Stone - Black Jacket, Blue Legs, Blue Vest (4154689)

Jack Stone represents one of LEGO's boldest—and most controversial—attempts to reinvent play for younger builders. The 2001–03 4 Juniors line replaced the standard minifigure with a much larger, simplified character whose long limbs and reduced articulation were designed for easier handling. Jack was not an anonymous citizen but an action hero who could race, rescue, fly, and fight fires across multiple sets. The experiment was short-lived, but historically valuable: it shows LEGO testing how far it could depart from its own minifigure standard before ultimately returning to the smaller figure's extraordinary flexibility.
