Cyborg

The Series 16 Cyborg imagines a future human body assembled from biological and mechanical systems, a concept LEGO makes unusually literal. Metallic printing, a specialized arm, armor, and technology details interrupt the familiar minifigure anatomy, making the figure look partly manufactured even though every component still follows LEGO’s modular rules. Collectible Minifigures often explore genres too small for full themes, and this character compresses an entire science-fiction world into one person. She is also a useful contrast with LEGO robots: a robot begins as a machine, while the cyborg’s visual tension comes from seeing how much of the recognizable human form has been replaced.
