Kevin Malone

Kevin Malone is nominally an accountant, but his place in The Office is built from deadpan timing, misunderstood conversations, elaborate food enthusiasm, and one catastrophically spilled pot of chili. That contrast between ordinary job and unforgettable comic identity makes him ideal for minifigure form. A LEGO office worker is one of the most generic figures imaginable; a few carefully chosen facial and costume details turn it specifically into Kevin. The 2022 Ideas set thrives on that transformation. Dunder Mifflin is visually mundane by design, so the characters carry the world. Kevin demonstrates how a fan-focused LEGO set can make cultural memory out of cubicles, paperwork, and the people audiences learned to recognize instantly within them.
