Gonzo

Gonzo has never been easy to classify. Long hooked nose, blue fur, theatrical confidence, and a career built around increasingly dangerous stunts make him one of the Muppets’ purest expressions of glorious weirdness. Even his species is famously treated as a joke. LEGO’s 2022 Collectible Minifigure embraces that problem with a unique head mold that preserves the puppet’s impossible profile rather than simplifying it into a normal face. Gonzo is especially appropriate for LEGO because both Muppets and minifigures depend on stylization: neither looks remotely human in a literal sense, yet a few exaggerated features are enough to produce a remarkably specific personality.
