The Bloody Baron

The Bloody Baron is Slytherin House's ghost and one of Hogwarts' oldest, darkest residents. His spectral status connects the everyday school story to centuries of tragedy, while his fearsome reputation gives him a very different presence from the more comic Nearly Headless Nick or perpetually aggrieved Moaning Myrtle. A LEGO ghost like the Baron also shows how far supernatural minifigure design has come since the simple brick-bottomed Castle ghost: translucent and pale materials, period clothing, facial printing, and character-specific details now distinguish one spirit from another instead of treating 'ghost' as a single generic archetype.
