Counsellor Deanna Troi

Deanna Troi expanded Star Trek’s idea of what expertise belongs on a starship bridge. As ship’s counselor and a Betazoid-human empath, her work concerns emotion, trauma, diplomacy, and interpersonal understanding as much as conventional command. That role helped The Next Generation imagine a future in which psychological care was considered part of the infrastructure of exploration rather than an afterthought. LEGO’s 2025 Star Trek figure brings that distinctly Trek idea into minifigure form. Troi is not defined by a weapon or technical gadget; her importance lies in listening, perception, and the belief that understanding people is as essential to space travel as understanding engines.
