Kai - 10th Anniversary Golden Ninja

Golden Kai commemorates NINJAGO's first decade, transforming the red Fire Ninja into a pearl-gold anniversary figure. The choice is especially fitting for Kai, one of the characters present from the theme's earliest wave in 2011 and a visual anchor for NINJAGO across years of redesigns. Anniversary figures like this are unusual because they operate outside ordinary narrative logic: Kai is gold because the toy line itself is celebrating. That makes the minifigure a piece of LEGO corporate and fan history as much as NINJAGO lore—a souvenir from the moment the theme recognized its own longevity.
