Shark Army Thug - Large Knee Plates

This 2017 figure represents Shark Army Thug, with large knee plates doing much of the visual work of distinguishing this version. At minifigure scale, that is often where LEGO history lives: in tiny changes of color, print, hair, headgear, and accessory that turn one standardized body into a specific character.
