Mummy - Glow In Dark Pattern

This 2012 figure represents Mummy, with glow in dark pattern doing much of the visual work of distinguishing this version. At minifigure scale, that is often where LEGO history lives: in tiny changes of color, print, hair, headgear, and accessory that turn one standardized body into a specific character.
