Bert

Bert reached minifigure form through a product line rooted in fan-submitted ideas rather than a conventional in-house theme. LEGO Ideas grew from the CUUSOO crowdsourcing experiment into a platform where fan concepts can become official products, so its minifigures often sit at the boundary between fan culture and LEGO canon.
