Professor Dolores Umbridge - Dark Pink Jacket with Cat Scarf

Dolores Umbridge weaponizes politeness. Pink clothes, decorative cats, sugary speech, and bureaucratic titles create a deliberately harmless exterior for a character who uses institutional authority to punish students, suppress truth, and normalize cruelty. LEGO’s dark-pink jacket and cat scarf understand the joke perfectly: the more charming the surface looks, the more disturbing the character becomes. Unlike Voldemort, Umbridge does not need to overthrow the government to become dangerous; she operates through rules, committees, inspections, and paperwork. Her minifigure is therefore one of the franchise’s clearest examples of costume functioning as satire rather than simple identification.
