Elphaba - Minifigure, Black Coat over Dress, Hat, Shoulder Pads

Elphaba transforms one of popular culture’s simplest villain images—the Wicked Witch of the West—into a story about perspective. Wicked asks what happens when the supposedly wicked woman is allowed to tell her own history, turning green skin and a black hat from signs of evil into marks of difference, political resistance, and reputation. LEGO’s 2025 minifigure preserves the iconic silhouette with black layered clothing, hat, and shoulder details while belonging to a licensed world built around musical theater rather than conventional action. That alone is notable: the minifigure system is now broad enough to collect Broadway-derived character design alongside superheroes, astronauts, and pirates.
