Conservationist

The Conservationist is defined as much by the animal beside her as by the human figure itself. Released in 2023 with a koala, she turns a Collectible Minifigure slot into a tiny statement about wildlife care, habitat, and the people who work to protect vulnerable species. The figure fits into a broader change in LEGO’s portrayal of animals: creatures are increasingly not just pets, monsters, or background scenery, but subjects of scientific and environmental work. The koala mold may be the immediate collector draw, but the human role gives it context. Together they transform a cute accessory into a miniature conservation story.
