Lloyd - 10th Anniversary Golden Ninja

Released for NINJAGO’s tenth anniversary in 2021, Golden Lloyd transforms the theme’s central hero into a commemorative object. Gold has long signified Lloyd’s highest power states, but here it also functions like the finish on a trophy: a decade of stories rendered as a collectible minifigure. The anniversary figures deliberately mixed character identity with celebratory metallic styling, acknowledging that children who met NINJAGO in 2011 were old enough to feel nostalgia for it. Lloyd was the natural centerpiece. His rise from comic nuisance to Green Ninja and team leader mirrors NINJAGO’s own rise from a risky new theme to one of LEGO’s longest-lived original worlds.
