Roronoa Zoro - Tan Shirt, Hair, Closed Mouth Grin / Open Mouth Scowl

Roronoa Zoro’s design is built around one immediately absurd idea: three swords, including one held in his mouth. That fighting style could easily become pure visual gimmick, but One Piece anchors it to a disciplined promise—Zoro intends to become the world’s greatest swordsman. The green hair, scarred intensity, and sword equipment make him one of the easiest Straw Hats to recognize in minifigure scale. LEGO’s 2025 live-action adaptation also highlights something minifigures handle especially well: weapons and scabbards are modular accessories, so Zoro’s unusual combat identity can be assembled physically around the standardized body rather than merely printed onto it.
