Minister of Magic (Cornelius Fudge) - Suit with Dark Green Tie, Shirt Tail

Cornelius Fudge begins as a mildly comic government official and becomes a portrait of political denial. Faced with evidence that Voldemort has returned, the Minister chooses institutional self-protection, attacks Dumbledore and Harry’s credibility, and allows fear of losing authority to shape public policy. His neat suit and green tie make him look reassuringly administrative rather than villainous, which is exactly the point. In LEGO form, Fudge adds something important to a wizarding collection: the conflict is not only heroes versus Death Eaters. It also includes the failures of institutions that refuse to confront an uncomfortable reality.
