Classic Space Droid - Round Plate Base, Light Bluish Gray and Black (Reissue)

Classic Space was populated by more than astronauts. Its little brick-built and minifigure-scale robots helped imagine a future in which humans and machines explored together, often without a villain in sight. This gray-and-black droid revives that tradition using an intentionally mechanical body and a round plate base rather than human legs. Its charm comes from looking constructed rather than anatomically sculpted. Like the classic ghost, it exposes the LEGO system instead of disguising it: a robot should look as though it could be taken apart and rebuilt, because in the LEGO universe, of course it can.
