Professor Sybill Trelawney

The CMF version of Professor Trelawney is almost a costume-design showcase. Layered robes, enormous round glasses, textured hair, jewelry, and tea accessories make the figure look as cluttered and theatrical as her Divination classroom. The teacup is more than decoration: reading tea leaves leads directly to the famous Grim prediction in Prisoner of Azkaban. Trelawney is fascinating because most of her fortune-telling appears vague or performative, yet her rare genuine prophecies shape the entire saga. This figure captures that contradiction beautifully—visually extravagant, slightly comic, and attached to some of the story’s most consequential predictions.
