Harbormaster's Office Harbormaster - Dark Green Open Jacket, Dark Bluish Gray Legs with Molded Black Boots, Light Bluish Gray Swept Back Hair

This Harbormaster comes from the BrickLink Designer Program, where fan-designed models can make the remarkable journey from digital submission to officially produced LEGO set. That origin changes how the figure should be read: its dark-green coat, molded boots, and weathered harbor-worker styling are not merely character decoration but part of a fan creator's complete vision for a place and story. The Designer Program blurs the traditional line between consumer and designer. A builder from the community can create a world compelling enough that LEGO manufactures it—and its residents become real cataloged minifigures.
