Harbormaster's Office Diver - Dark Blue Diving Suit and Helmet, Orange Air Tanks and Flippers, Trans-Clear Visor

The Harbormaster's Office Diver is a fan-designed working character equipped for the waterfront in a dark-blue diving suit, helmet, air tanks, flippers, and clear visor. What makes the figure especially museum-worthy is its route into existence. BrickLink Designer Program projects begin with adult fan designers rather than LEGO's internal theme teams, yet selected models are refined and manufactured as official products. This diver therefore represents a modern change in LEGO culture: the community is not only collecting and modifying official sets—it can now help author the official catalog itself.
